I’ve been going to Jenny since October 2024. She remembered me when she owned a bigger nail salon with other workers. Now she works by herself in a suite. She does 1 client at a time by appointment only, Jenny is so nice . She is friendly to talk to. She also gives good recommendations on which nail polish to choose. You will be happy so go to 21 Nails for your next appointment.

Jenny is super sweet and very patient. I have been on the hunt for a WHILE to find a solid pedicure and ladies and gents, I’ve found my gal. Her space is cozy but private, you don’t have to deal with other people and she keeps it mellow. She works hard to accommodate my schedule with hers, which I deeply appreciate. She is fairly priced and her work is so good, she couldn’t remember if we did a gel or regular polish pedi when she went to take my 4-week-old toes off! (Spoiler: it was regular polish lol)

I love coming here for my nail appointments. The staff always makes me feel welcome. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. My manicure looks perfect every time.

Considering the courtesy people talk about in the reviews, this was disappointing. I called to secure an appointment, the employee who answered was immediately rude and unfriendly. I asked about walkins, she said they don't offer them, which is fine. But then she had no interest in trying to find an appointment for me, she didn't even offer - it was like she just straight up didn't want my business.
