I’ve had a great experience living at 21 Fitzsimons Apartment Homes. The apartment is comfortable, the move-in process was smooth with minimal hassle, and since I relocated from out of state, the leasing office staff — especially Page — went above and beyond to make my move much easier. The location is also very convenient: it’s within walking distance to AMC and close to Aurora’s town center with shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby.

I had a very disappointing experience after moving out of this rental. Despite leaving the place in good condition, I was charged my entire deposit for “painting” and “cleaning” fees, which felt completely unreasonable. Normal wear and tear is not supposed to be billed to tenants, but they treated it like damage. The charges were excessive and not clearly explained.
