EDIT: 07/16 added one star because since this review was posted, leasing agent started responding via text. However, the whole leasing team is still ignoring the mail situation and I still cannot receive packages. 7/14: Maintenance Team was great, leasing team not so much. Do not expect any answers to questions after you sign the lease. Should any issues come up, your leasing agent will no longer answer texts and going in person will just result in getting turned around. As a piece of candid advice for anyone considering to be a tenant at 21 Fitzsimons: look elsewhere. As others have noted, they will assess illegitimate and unfair fees upon move-out. It may be an enticingly convenient location for CU Anschutz students, but I promise to you there are better options to consider.
