Stayed at this apartment complex for 4 years. Up until the new manager of the apartment took over everything went downhill. The manager now is evil and she will charge unexpected and unnecessary fees/charges. They WILL keep your deposit whether or not you left very clean. And what they love doing is charging you a ridiculous amount of money for a cleaning fee and a painting fee once you leave. Stay away from this place. 21 Fitz WILL take advantage of you.
