They relocated our heat pump for us at CATS Rescue and didn’t charge us. As we are a charity and they felt it important to give back. We are so grateful. The work was done same day. Incredible people. Excellent work. Precise, methodical, we were blown away. Such an amazing company. Thank you!
Just had a heat pump installed by 21 degrees in port hardy, guys were very clean, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
For 35 years we have used a wood stove for our main source of heat. We recently had 21 Degrees instal a heat pump system and its has proven to be a game changer! The guidance 21Degrees provided during and after the installation was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Kudos to Doug and his colleagues.
21D installed a mini split in our town home and am very pleased with the whole process. Micheal worked with us on the installation details, rebates and answered every question we had immediately. The team that installed it did a great job and would recommend 21D to any friend
Brendan from 21 Degrees showed up on time do a preventive maintenance inspection on my heat pump system. Not only did he do a too notch job on my system he noticed problems with my hot water tank. This in my opinion is above and beyond what I expected. Left unchecked this could have caused serious damage. 21 Degrees will now be replacing my water tank. I can't praise them enough.
