We couldn't be happier with our experience with 21 Degrees. They worked with our schedule, communicated well, and made the whole installation process easy. The crew was friendly, professional, and did a great job. We're very happy with our new heat pump and would definitely recommend them.
The new stove was installed by Doug and a couple young lads two weeks ago and then Brandon showed up a few days later and hooked it all up. The remote was missing for a few days and Brandon returned and hooked up the receiver on the stove and everything was working fine when he left. It's the middle of summer and we have not used the stove as yet. Yesterday I was away from the house for a few hours and a chap from 20 degrees showed up and apparently checked the stove and told my wife it's all good. Not sure what he used for ... read more
21 Degrees did a fantastic job installing a new gas furnace, air conditioner, mini split heat pump and hot water tank. From the quote, to the walk through and 3 days of install, everything was done professionally and efficiently. The crew was fantastic to have around, conscientious and tidy, and made it easy to continue running my home based business during install. Thank you 21 Degrees, you guys rock!
I thought my old heating system was fine until 21 Degrees showed up and installed this heat pump. Now my house is so perfectly comfortable I’m convinced they secretly installed a portal to heaven. The guys were absolute legends — arrived on time, worked like caffeinated wizards, and left zero mess (I actually checked under the sofa for dust just to be disappointed). The heat pump?
