I've tried a lot of different gyms and exercise programs over the years. Some lasted longer than others, but they all eventually faltered off (the duration depending on the strength of my motivation). Not at 21 CrossFit though. I've been at it for 2 years now and (more importantly) I've been consistent with it. 21 CrossFit is great! They have a phenomenal staff and there is a good camaraderie among the members. If you miss team sports or are just looking to get into shape, this gym is for you!
Great box! First class equipment! But the best part are the classes. Friendly folks. Nice people. They all make you want to keep exercising.
I had the best experience I have ever had a gym. Everyone was friendly and welcomed me when I arrived. I did not feel intimidated at all. The workout was challenging but everyone encouraged me the whole time.
