Mazzy and Amanda have been such a huge help! The property is clean, well maintained and modern. The neighborhood is literally priceless. I haven’t looked it up, but I’m guessing the walkability score is in the 90 percentile! Such a great area!
Property continues to decline. There is no office staff - deliveries can’t be made and cleaning staff can’t enter the facility because no one is there. Residents continue to leave at an alarming rate.
I have lived at 21 by Urbana since February 2021, and for most of that time, I genuinely liked living here. I even left a five star review because this used to be a well run property. Over the last six months, that has clearly changed. The building itself is fine, but Parkplace Residential, the property management company, has gone downhill, and its failures directly impact residents. I dont live at 21 Urbana, but I own in a neighboring building, and have to say that I love how this place works to beautify the area! Most apartments are cookie cutter, and bring nothing to an area past some residences. This place goes above and beyond in this neighborhood, and it is absolutely appreciated
I’ve moved quite a few tenants in/out of 21 By Urbana. Go find Slade in the Leasing Office, he’ll hook you up!
