I lived here two years and had a great experience! The building is new, clean, and well kept, the amenities are really nice, and the management team is great. Amanda was particularly welcoming, responded quickly, and always tried to figure out the best way to help.

We lived at 21byUrbana for over three years, so this is an honest review based on real experience — not just someone who toured (which some of these reviews are).Overall, we really enjoyed our time, but there are both positives and negatives to share. The apartment units themselves were our favorite part and a big reason we stayed so long. We loved the spacious layouts and quality of the units. We've lived here for 3 years and really cannot recommend it enough. In particular, the on-site property manager Amanda is incredible and makes everything easy. Out of all the apartment buildings we've lived in, Amanda is by far the best manager we've ever had. If you're in Sugar House, this is the building to be in.
Amanda the manager was always friendly and attentive. We had a problem with out parking spot and she sat down with us and took the time to work out a situation, even though she was busy at the time. As for the apartment, any issues or problems were promptly resolved by the maintenance crew. Whenever there was an issue with the elevator or something like that, the apartment team would send out a notification communicating what would be happening. Would recommend, Amanda and crew, you guys rock!
