Do you seriously want diverse customers? Then stop following everyone around like they are going to steal. We may not understand your language but pointing and having the only black worker there follow everyone black is unacceptable. You have cameras, if you are that paranoid hire security and check bags at the door. LET PEOPLE SHOP IN PEACE!!
Do not shop here! Lady charge my card $20 when my total was supposed to be $13. Didn’t notice until I was about to walk out the door. Kindly told lady that she overcharged me stated she void the transaction and the money would go back on my card. Wasn’t happy with the service so I decided to leave empty-handed. Gave it a few days still haven’t received the money back on my card. I will no longer return to the store. Make sure you check your receipt!
Everytime I shop here I always get what I need and the service is very amazing and kind. I recommend coming here for any hair supplies plus they have some really good perfume and roll on oils. ❤️❤️
Omg! I had someone ask me 7+ times if I needed help. It was annoying. Obviously you can tell everyone in the store is VERY RACIST AND PREJUDICE! I stopped by with my work clothes and obviously looked professional, yet was still assumed I was stealing. I am reporting to the BBB!! This place obviously doesn’t cater to minorities like they should!!
We were greeted upon entering the place and that was IT!! The human and synthetic hair is mixed. The employee was not attentive I had asked several times, "Anybody working?" Eventually, I got assisted but it was not up to par. Overall the wig worked out for the occasion.
