Love my sessions at 20v! Always feel great after and can definitely feel my muscles working harder than any other training. Tiffany makes the sessions really enjoyable while also motivating me to push myself. So convenient being 20 minutes yet definitely a full-body workout. Recommend!!!
EMS is a great tool to improve strength and performance in any other activity and/or sport. I love the workouts at 20v and I am definitely very impressed with the results. It's amazing when I feel the soreness, specially in my legs and core, after only 20 minutes of workout. Highly recommend!
I was there a few weeks ago, I had a session with Juan. I didn't know what to expect but at the end I was greatly surprised. Only 20 minutes were enough to experience an intense full body session. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and affordable packages.
