Chandler Properties at 20th Street Storage has been fantastic. I've been renting here for several years and it's easily the most affordable self storage I've found in Cleveland. The rates are some of the lowest around, especially for the size and convenience of the drive-up units. What really stands out is that it's a locally owned facility — the team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about keeping everything clean, secure, and well-maintained. Me and my roommates stored some items of ours for about 2 months here and the owner returned my call right away and was very kind. When I wanted to cancel I was answered the same day. Super easy to use the unit and website and was a good price for not being climate controlled.

Easy. Easy. Easy. It was easy to set up an account with 20th Street Self Storage in the beginning. After I had my unit, wow, each month was an easy secure online transaction. No mess, no fuss. The unit itself was secure and I never had worries for my belongings. Thanks much to the team at 20th Street for a job well done!

This is the place for all your storage needs!! I just moved out of my unit after 2 years and the Staff was wonderful, the storage units clean and access was very easy. Also, paying your bill online was a no brainer. Please, take the time to check them out you won't be disappointed!!!
