Great homes and Jason Kotter was great to work with! I had him build me two homes and they’ve been great.
Jason was very helpful and responsive from day one. He clearly communicated all options and scenarios in a timely and straightforward manner. Paul and the crew did a wonderful job making sure we have a beautiful home. All of the workers were patient and kind when we had questions along the way. Thank you!
Customer care and service is horrible I have issues with my roof and Jason just passed me off to manufacturer. Stuck with trying to get KIT to come look at my roof. No one wants to help me out. Really thought Jason would have my back and help me out in the long run. During every issue there were excuses of why parts were not right or why it was taking so long. Took almost 1 year to get all the repairs completed. If I would have known then what I know now I would have not gone with Century Homes and Jason. I would steer clear... read more
Jason with Century homes is amazing! Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help in any way he possibly could. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a manufactured or modular home. Excellent service!
