I have taken my Chula here a few times and I’ve always been pleased. I appreciate that they don’t keep her for hours like other shops I’ve been to.

Took 2 dogs and was charged $160 for something that I could have done at home. My dog (posted) as you can see around feet area was left the same & that hair around cheek/neck as well. Nails were not trimmed.The second dog I took was a street rescue I found near by the tracks that same week which was infested with fleas ( and to which was mentioned to staff) they offered flea services and that’s why I took her/him there. you could see the scissors lines throughout their coat as if this person had no experience. I do not recommend I paid 95 for a my 10 pound dog and they gave me my dog with a bad eye, who ever cut her hair most likely cut her eye that she can’t open anymore and it’s very swollen. Doesn’t deserve that one star.
