Chance was to put in some hair extensions that I paid for. He rescheduled several times, and refuses to respond back through multiple channels. He is fraudulent. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company right now. This was for a service way back in December. It is now March and yet to hear back from Chance; and/or get my money back.
