Had the fuses and heat shrink we needed in stock and for a reasonable price . Easiest to contact by text, my voicemail was left unreturn for several weeks. Text message was responded to nearly instantaneously.
This guy means business. I had my subwoofer blow on my trip back to idaho and he sourced a speaker that would fit, scheduled me within 4 days and had the subwoofer replaced the day the speaker came in. He had to fabricated the speaker box to fit the new speaker which was done professionally. He's very nice. Communicates efficiently and got the work done like a pro. Cant ask for more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Final Follow Up: Eugene reached out to me to see if he could improve the initial rating I gave him (1 Star) from the sequence of events below. I agreed and gave him a chance to install two easy plug&play front door speakers in my Sequoia (that I purchased from Crutchfield). He gave me a reasonable rate (to earn my business back - which was admirable) and handled the simple installation with only one small issue that wasn't his fault and we resolved together. Eugene did an awesome job installing a new receiver and backup camera on my Jeep Wrangler. He talked me through my options, ordered parts, and completed the installation. It looks and works great. I recommend highly!
