They take forever. Had my tractor picked up to get a belt replaced and they were able to pick it up next day which was great, but then they took 3 weeks to even look at it. When I reached out after a week for a progress report they told me it takes around 10-14 days to diagnose the issue. You should tell your customers if the turn around time is going to take multiple weeks before you pick up their machine so they can decide what the best course of action is. Incredible service! They squeezed me in last minute before a big storm, working late to help not just me but other customers stay prepared. Easily the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They even helped me submit a warranty claim on a machine I bought elsewhere. From now on, all my small engine purchases, service, and repairs will be with them!
I was having trouble with my generator’s carburetor all clogged and running rough. It was a Westinghouse 9500 portable generator. Called the very nice folks over at 207 small engine repair for assistance. They fit me right in and got my generator right over for service. I received a call from 207 small engines and they told me the issue with the generator.
