Dan is Awesome! He really knows his stuff. He was always quick to respond. He is not the type that will over promise and under perform. He is realistic and will tell you the truth whether it is what you want to hear or not. Basically, he is honest and I felt like he was in my corner trying to fight for me as his customer. He went to bat for me several times talking to the dealer and making them do more for me. I would highly recommend using Dan for any of your repairs.

Dan from 207 RV is great! We drove 15 hours from Maryland to Maine and on Day 2 to had a big issue with our black tank. Ugh! 207 RV came highly recommended by the campground and now I know why. Dan answered on the second ring, triaged the issue, then talked me through a fix over the phone. I’m happy to report the issue is fixed because of Dan’s advice! Outstanding service, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend Dan and the good folks at 207 RV!

Was positive when I called him. Said he would stop by next day Asked me to send a text to confirm. I confirmed after 1st text via phone call he received the first text. He never called sent 2 more text on same thread. so he got them and chose not respond. Never showed it only takes a minute to text, I can't make it. He made a choice. Try someone else, I wasted a day waiting around for someone that doesn't respond.

Cannot say enough about Dan and 207 Rv. He helped us out with our Nor old refrigerator (not working). He gave me advice and exactly how to repair the refrigerator!!!!! Plus, he has patience galore to help walk me through the repair!! Call him if you need RV repairs.
