I have been coming to Rebellion for the weight training classes. I have been working out in various gyms for 20+ years in the past. Without a doubt, Coach Zach (as well as assistant instructor Dylan) is a world class instructor. His programming and instructions to get us to slowly increase our load and then deload each monthly cycle is methodical & effective. This gym means a lot to me. I came in at a time when I felt lost and looking for something to ground me and naturally Rebellion quickly became one of the only places I actually looked forward to showing up to.
