Our AC stopped working July 4th weekend on a Saturday. We called that evening. Jimmy was at my residence early Sunday morning and had us up and running in 20 minutes. Jimmy was very professional, and personable. Thank you Harris Services!
Our HVAC unit went out in the middle of summer heat!! Not fun especially having a one year old! I called Jimmy at Harris Services late on Saturday evening, he had technically just got off but said he would come right out!! He was able to take a quick look and immediately knew what the issue was. He got it fixed in a very timely manner (like 30 minutes)! We are so grateful for his quick and quality service!! If we ever need assistance again, we will definitely be giving him a call.
Jimmy and his crew really helped our quality of living by installing a whole dehumidifier, ionizer, and filter rack. Our home was holding 60-70% humidity before and smelled like that old musty home you can imagine. The aprilaire unit they used works amazingly leaving us with dryer air at +-45% and clean air with the filtration. So thankful that I was referred to Harris Services by a friend! Thank you for helping our family and home!
I desperately was in need of a HVAC repair company due to my upstairs unit completely shutting down on me. I called Harris Services and the owner answered, when I explained what my issue was rather than scheduling me for a future repair date he quickly secured my business by scheduling a technician to come to my home within a few hours to assess the problem and fix my broken unit to make my home comfortable again for me and my family.
