Me and my wife had been going to kicklighter for about 6 years.I've noticed a few thing in the past but this one put the nail in the coffin. I called the front desk the morning I had and appointment for my baby girl last puppy shots and it was for 9:20 am on 6-6-18..I let the lady no that I had to drop her off and pick her back up had to be somewhere at 9 AM that morning that came up. I boarded my dog here, and despite their assurances that she was coming home healthy, she ended up at the emergency vet less than 24 hours later with severe dehydration and pancreatitis. STAY AWAY!!!
I boarded my puppy here for 4 days, and when we got her back she was so sick that she almost died. And the worst part is that the vet took no responsibility for her condition. When we got her home, she was lethargic, but we thought perhaps she was just stressed from being boarded. After several hours, though, she had horrible diarrhea, and then such weakness in rear legs that she couldn't stand.
