I recently had a bilateral eye day surgery procedure with Dr. Luzhansky and it was one of the most relaxed medical procedures I have ever had. The end result and professionalism right through was just brilliant. At one stage prior to the procedure, there was an issue about me taking a specific medication, and Dr. Luzhansky got on the phone herself to discuss the matter and explain why there are minor concerns around this. I saw Dr Stephanie Tiew today regarding an eye issue. I found her to be extremely professional, thorough and helpful. Was most impressed.
Kept me waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time. They said I should wait that I needed to allow 2 hours. How ridiculous. I left in disgust.
Excellent professional eye care service. Need a doctor's referral. Ask for service fee costs - not cheap.
Jessica is so caring and lovely. Very professional in her work and knows what she is doing. She made it easy and took the worry away from my proceedure.
