Well oiled machine here. This builder builds a fine, simple home on reasonably sized lots scattered throughout the Asheville area. I've sold two recently and the home inspector had a hard time finding anything to report. Emily, the contact throughout the process is efficient, timely, detailed and on it all the time. She even sends out weekly updates throughout the contract to close timeframe.
I have had many transactions with 2020 Builders and find them to be very professional and friendly. Top notch local builder with great reputation.
We had a great experience with 2020 Builders. They worked efficiently and completed our new construction house in 6 months. Communication was easy and frequent through the construction management website with progress updates and site photos posted nearly daily. Any concerns were addressed promptly and kindly.
