I agree with anonymous! Horrible company to work with! Do not buy a home from them unless you want to be bullied and treated badly after you close. They won’t fix anything under warranty and told me my expectations shouldn’t be so high for only spending $400,000 on my home. There are serious erosion issues from lack of proper handling of storm water and a window cracked from settling and they claim I damaged it. We had trouble passing on communication to the builders because of their listing Agent Scott Angelo. The due diligence period was stressful because our realtor had been advocating for us but the listing agent was not responsive enough, that included letting the grass grow in the property we went under contrac, grow up to 4ft tall (I kid you not) It was only mowed at the day of closing and was poorly done by whoever they hired to do so. Terrible company to work with. Jonathan is not honest, trustworthy, or easy to work with. He’s your typical egocentric “business man”. Take my loss as your gain and stay away from this company!!!
