As a Realtor, I have seen a lot of new construction homes and I have dealt with a lot of builders. 2020 Builders were quite impressive all around. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a builder or considering one of their new houses for your next home!
Amazing builders who truly care
If you have a home built by 20/20 be prepared for your neighbors to be fed up and resentful before you even move in. Noisy and inconsiderate construction workers playing foreign language music so loud you’re able to hear it in your existing home. Parking vehicles where other cars can’t get by. Discussed with management and so far been ignored with no resolve. You better love your house because your existing neighbors will hate you through their experience with 20/20.
