I brought my push mower to 202 Rent-All because it was the closest repair shop on the manufacturer's list of approved shops. I dropped it off with all the necessary warranty information and received a voice mail the following week saying it was done and that I could come pick it up. Since it wasn't mentioned or I didn't receive any other phone calls, I assumed that the repair was covered by the warranty and that I wouldn't owe any money. I rented a Clarke floor scrubber earlier today. Not only was it over priced, the machine did not work well at all. The machine leaked all over the floor and made my job harder then it should’ve been. Needless to say it was a waste of money and I will not return to this establishment to rent anything. Customer service was average, the men working behind counter seemed somewhat knowledgeable about the equipment

I will never do business with this place again. I can't believe this place has been in business for 40 years. First and only time I use this place they screwed up my order and I lost time and money. The owner Hal is impossible to talk to as he will defend his business and not own up to any mistakes they make. Terrible experience

This was my first time ordering parts through 202 rent all and they screwed up my order which resulted in my time and money wasted. Owner tried to say it was my fault and as soon as I disagree with him he would hang up like a child. I called back a couple times and as soon as they heard my voice they would hang up. I had to find another dealer. Don't let that A rating fool you as I am the only review. They have the parts diagrams and quantities, NOT ME! Terrible experience and I will never return or recommend.

The owner Hal has horrible customer service, and is borderline verbally abusive in tone and word. The attendant Jason is very pleasant professional and gives great customer service. As a person of color it is hard for me to distinguish whether or not race is a factor. I am a contractor and I rent equipment from them often and I have always received this type of service from them. I would not patronize them at all if they weren't the closest rental facility. Horribly unfriendly – The guy who answered "jason" was so unpleasant and unhelpfull that I'd never rent from them. These guys are a few minutes away from me, but I coudn't stand the idea of giving them my business so I rented from the guys in Quakertown.
