Update: while I did not receive great service the first time visiting. LIN the owner personally called me. She actually found my number in her system from my review and I must say she was very patient, listened to me and rectified the issue. THIS is what a passionate, dedicated business owner does and I sincerely greatly appreciate it. She assured me it was a miscommunication between staff.
