Once again Albany RV to the rescue! Electric heat & propane heat few days later, also went out during the cold days we had. Simple fixes but trailer had to be taken in. So may as well do the yearly maintenance and a few upgrades. Stackable washer & dryer and range. Roger did a great job ordering the range with no info from me. So much nicer!!! We’ve just finished seconds ago getting our RV fixed and it has been the most amazing experience of our entire road trip! The whole team and the lovely tall gentleman with his shaved head, we didn’t catch his name sadly, was the most amazingly warm and helpful chap. We are two British blondes who haven’t had the best luck and this was the proper cherry on top of our trip. Forever grateful to your team and we highly recommend everyone to go here! xxx
They have really nice people working there and pretty much can help with anything you got to throw at them, and if they dnt have your answer they go get somebody who can help.
AWFUL RETURN POLICY !!! On Dec. 30 2025 they sold me the wrong part for my Water Heater for my RV and I took it back that next day and they didn't have the correct part... Seeing how the didn't have the correct part I sought so return it for a full refund... Their 'Return Policy' is they'll send me a Check so I get to pay the interest on the Credit Card Purchase for a product that I never received until I receive that check.
