My first experience with Albany RV was outstanding, and we'll be going nowhere else if we can help it. The electricity cable that connects our trailer to the truck came loose while driving, and we must have dragged it for 50 miles, eating through the case and about a third of the wires. We brought it in and, even though short handed, Roger fit us in and Merlin got the cable replaced within a couple of hours (at a couple of hundred dollars less than they had estimated) so we could leave on a long planned trip. Convinced by Shop to get solar refrigerator 2 years ago at a large price. It has never worked properly. Returned numerous times first year. Came back next season, had to wait a month to get in. New Mgr "hadn't "made any promises. May 4 to July 15,new plug in to fridge. Still doesn't work. Finally called Oregon mobile RV, wrong wiring to fridge all along. Would not personally recommend Albany RV as they were not helpful. I asked them not to put gas in my propane generator, they did. They put generator in the crawl through spa... read more
