I came to your shop with a broken alternator belt that had also damaged the clutch fan wiring. You gave me a $4,000 estimate, proposing to replace the belts, both belt tensioners, and the entire clutch fan assembly. When my fleet manager and I asked if a simpler repair was possible, you refused. While I understand having your own shop policies, you then refused to even replace just the belts, stating it was either the full $4,000 job or nothing.
