Most of the staff were actually polite, but one employee with a terrible attitude and an even worse haircut was unbelievably rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason.
Had their food at the Thursday Farmers Market. A simple Bao bun. Taste and texture were ok. Service was waiting in line and paying for it. The issue is that a $5 bun became 6.53 automatically. This is deception in its most basic form. They added automatic $1 service charge / tip without telling you. No other stand in the market did this. This is the type of dishonesty that will make me never go back to a place.
Went here with my girlfriend and got great food, large portions, and fantastic service at a reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back again
beautiful setting to eat in and amazingly polite staff! i got the miso soup and vegan ramen and was satisfied with the miso soup alone! i would recommend a bit more flavor for the ramens, however, this issue can be solved via a decent amount of soy sauce :)
Never before have I experienced such awful customer service. Not only did Esteban incorrectly take my order (as I was pointing to the itsm in the menu), I asked 4 times where my order might be and again showed him in the menu what I had ordered all the while he said it was being made. I watched my entire party finish their meals, as well as several other tables that ordered after me. I finally walked up to the register and simply asked for him to refund my order.
