I would let 20,000 Leaks do my mother's basement if she had one. Karen is great -- an attentive coordinator and no high-pressure sales tactics. Don is very knowledgeable and hyper focused on customer satisfaction. Alex and the rest of the work crew were very polite, very clean, and VERY hard working. 20,000 Leaks did interior french drains and installed a primary and centrifugal back up sump pump. We live on a large hill and the crew had to haul 3 trailor loads of busted cement, new gravel, and new cement up and down the hil... read more
