Nicoletta is the best spin instructor I’ve found in Melbourne. She is motivating, pushes you hard (that’s why you’re there) and makes it personal. She takes the time to get know your strengths, what you need to work on and what you’re goals are. Highly recommend trying her classes.

I started September 2018 with Nicoletta, unable to run a kilometre, doing 20 kilometres on the bike in an hour, and around 100 kilos. Next week, I’m running my first sprint triathlon, running 5 kms, swimming, and riding 27.5 kms. There’s no way I would have gotten here without the coaching and support of Nicoletta in my 2000 watts classes. I took my first spin with Nicoletta without any expectations. What evolved from that first class was a love for cycling I never knew I had in me. Far more than a simple spin class, 2000 watts challenges you physically and mentally. Nicoletta’s training technique is inspiring and motivating on every level, resistance, strength, speed and distance. It’s SMART too, using technology to help measure and set goals. 2000 watts compliments my now love for road cycling and current weight training. Can’t love without it!
