Parking where paying on exit, the credit card payment wasn't working and when I paid by cash, it did not give me my change of $5 and didn't print out the credit receipt for me to be able to claim it from the office. When I press the button for assistance, the attendant answered and said she was coming but never turned up and the gate started closing on me.
I don’t see why it had bad reviews. Flat 15$ rate for the day. Easy underground parking not far from the beach
This garage is a scam. Booked with spothero and the entrance scan worked fine, but when I scanned to exit the machine charged me full price after already paying spot hero. When I called for assistance "the manager wasn't available to override the system" and the attendent refused to let me out without paying.
