20 West is a really solid boutique community in a great location. The building is beautiful without feeling overdone, and the smaller, more intimate feel is a huge plus. You’re genuinely in the middle of everything, which makes day-to-day life easy, but it still feels calm and comfortable when you’re home. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the design and upkeep of the property. If you want something that feels elevated but still livable—and not like a giant, impersonal complex—20 West is a great choice.
Best service, skills and good experience
Tried repeatedly to get leasing info but never managed to reach a human. I’ve visited the office at 20 West multiple times, and it’s always empty. If disappearing is the goal, they’ve absolutely nailed it. Do better....
