I had a tour scheduled with the property. The tour guide did not show up and instead had someone else (touring the apartment before us) give us the keys of the apartment and let us look at the unit. After that, we were given the lock box code to lock the keys away. This just speaks to the lack of security at the building. Packages were not in the mail room but were placed in the lobby where anyone could enter and possibly take them. Stay away from this place.

I dated someone who lived here and they wished they had read the bad reviews because it was all true. Overpriced, urine on everything outside, homeless people sleeping outside the main entrance or shitting in the mail room, a creepy manager who watches you on the cameras, flirts with new female residents, and who only works 3ish days per week (and gets pissed if you contact them outside whatever hours they’ve decided they’re working that week), you name it, it was true. I really enjoyed living here! The location is nice because it’s located right next to Empire State plaza and you can easily go on walks there. Only thing is that the walls are really thin so it’s easy to hear your neighbors. Other than that the place is great and the landlord is very responsive!

The only thing I have to say negative about this apartment is the thin walls. Mind you, I live in a studio. I believe the walls are only as thick as 2 slabs of dry wall because I can hear my neighbors tv and their conversations. I am a light sleeper, so if they have the tv on all night you will hear it. You will have to pay for parking, either in the back or one of the garages(10-20 min walk). Overall, the landlord is nice and prompt when things go wrong.

20 park is an exceptional place to live. The apartments are stylish and spacious, offering a comfortable and modern living environment. The maintenance staff here is top-notch! They are quick, efficient, and always friendly, making any issue a breeze to handle.
