I really enjoyed living here! The location is nice because it’s located right next to Empire State plaza and you can easily go on walks there. Only thing is that the walls are really thin so it’s easy to hear your neighbors. Other than that the place is great and the landlord is very responsive!
The only thing I have to say negative about this apartment is the thin walls. Mind you, I live in a studio. I believe the walls are only as thick as 2 slabs of dry wall because I can hear my neighbors tv and their conversations. I am a light sleeper, so if they have the tv on all night you will hear it. You will have to pay for parking, either in the back or one of the garages(10-20 min walk). Overall, the landlord is nice and prompt when things go wrong.
20 park is an exceptional place to live. The apartments are stylish and spacious, offering a comfortable and modern living environment. The maintenance staff here is top-notch! They are quick, efficient, and always friendly, making any issue a breeze to handle.
A hidden gem, I love living here, it’s right in the center of the city, looks better in person then online
The best apartment complex in Albany. Great location, amenities, clean, management and community.
