Planned on getting my father a full spa day until I saw that you single handedly decided to charge “20% gratuity” automatically with zero consent. Gratuity is earned and not TAKEN. The audacity is appalling frankly. Buyer beware.
I had a massage with Bonnie and she amazed me! Best massage I’ve had so far in my life. She was so knowledgeable about the body and where my problem areas were. I felt no back pain when I left! Will be back!
Esthetician, Joslyn and Massage Therapist, Bonnie were excellent. Spa is clean and modern. But as far as full service spas go, there is no lounge area or tranquility room to relax and make a day of it. There are no lockers, showers or products to refresh and regroup after services. Similarly, there is no area to eat or chat. Just FYI.
My husband and I enjoyed our experience from beginning to end! Kristen did amazing on my massage and was such a pleasure to talk to.
