My wife and I live in NYC and use Slowburn for our weight-training and fitness goals. Let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. After 20 minutes each, we were cooked. On day two, we had that familiar soreness - not pain - just that feeling you get when you know you've had a good workout. We'll be back the next time we're in town.

Best strength conditioning program ever, for folks who are starting to lose muscle from age and/or lifestyle. Slow and controlled, but keep it up till it's everything you got. Super slow technique. (Google it.) Especially good for the over 40 crowd. Build, maintain muscle, with no injury inducing explosive movement.
What can you get done in 20-minutes? Let me tell you... the best workout of your life! I have never felt as challenged in a 60-minute boot-camp, CrossFit, spin class, or interval training class as I do here. The 20-minute workout is a science/evidence-based exercise program.
