After years of taking my daughter to this orthodontist, we won’t be back. I called today and talked to a very unhelpful gentleman, nothing like Ramona, who used to be the one on the phone. It was like talking to an operator. As you can imagine, we spent a lot of money to expand my daughter’s mouth and then to essentially do 2 1/2 years of braces.
