They did not have my contact prescription in stock and got my glasses prescription wrong. I had to make an appointment at another location to get correct prescription but wrong focal point. Went to get glasses and was told I need to go back for a third time, in which they refused to address the focal point problem. I will NEVER give them any more of my time. DO NOT GO HERE!
I have been there over 4 times already and still do not have my contacts prescription. There was always an excuse. The Dr was not available or the person was on vacation, but all I needed was a daily prescription changed to monthly contacts. My exam was months ago, I have already done contact trials. I also called the main office and submitted a request online. Still nothing.
