I had a worst experience at this location with an illiterate women sitting at the front desk who misbehave with his patients, and ask me and my kids to leave the office and lock the door on our face. In my 30 years of life in America I have never seen an illiterate women in this profession. First she over booked and then ask patients to reschedule after 40 min drove to have an eye done. This is ridiculous and she is insane !! Uneducated and illiterate women!! Location is 2662 w Lucas rd

Naomi was super thorough in conducting the pre-test , she explained every step of the process , the refraction was done by Dr Tran and the Dr Tchang went over the medical side of things with the eyes. This is a great system that uses high resolution images of your eyes from various angles to interact with the patient and answer their questions regarding their eye health. I have been to many good eye doctors before, but this exam experience has been the best one so far!

I've been here multiple times for my optometry needs, and I've had a 5-star experience each time, all thanks to Naomi. She treated me like gold and went above and beyond to help me understand the exam and followup processes. I highly recommend this office to anyone in the area who needs an eye exam!
