The doctor and the tech were working remotely and communicating through zoom type call but they could view all the data the onsite tech was uploading. The offsite tech also operated the lenses during the visit remotely. I was skeptical at first but the tech was friendly and it felt like a normal visit I had in the past. I think being remote they are able to see more patients and spread their overhead cost over a large area instead of relying on the income of one location therefore getting more competent techs and doctors spe... read more
