Doc was great this time around really working with me to dial in the right contact lenses. However I needed to wait 1 hr to be seen for a contact fitting appointment. Staff needs better training on scheduling and managing appointments more optimally. Me expectation is to not wait an hr plus at doc office to be seen in 2026.
I'm not about closing any business down, however I do feel it's necessary to give feedback when necessary We had an 11:30 appointment and was even told that we can arrive early to fill in paperwork so we can see the doctor early. So we arrived at 11:00. We noticed there was a line building and even heard other clients asking when they'll see the doctor. I have been going here for years and usually I am in and out in 30 minutes.
Rude customer service which sounded like barks to me, can't be polite and answer couple of technical questions ( based on their website which claims they are using the latest technology) before committing myself to an eye exam and they are very eager to cut you off.
