Dr. Ira Krumhiltz is excellent. He very thorough. He also picks out good frames if you need help deciding which is best for your face.
Doc was great this time around really working with me to dial in the right contact lenses. However I needed to wait 1 hr to be seen for a contact fitting appointment. Staff needs better training on scheduling and managing appointments more optimally. Me expectation is to not wait an hr plus at doc office to be seen in 2026.
I'm not about closing any business down, however I do feel it's necessary to give feedback when necessary We had an 11:30 appointment and was even told that we can arrive early to fill in paperwork so we can see the doctor early. So we arrived at 11:00. We noticed there was a line building and even heard other clients asking when they'll see the doctor.
