My experience with 20 20 was a good one. They set me up with computer glasses and they are remarkable. Friendly Staff and have never had any problem.
This place is ridiculously over priced, customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, and to take a week to get glasses back is unheard of in this day and time. They DO NOT stand behind their overly priced products or warranties!! My insurance directed me to this place but next year I will go where I am appreciated and valued as customer, and honors warranty on my girls glasses. Scratch resistance should mean NO scratches but to 20/20, it means another $30 for replacement lens!!!! So very disgusted with this place!!!... read more
I went here for my eye exam. I wear contact lenses for stigmatism and can never find a kind that feel good. The doctor gave me some that were so comfortable I could not tell they were there!! The whole staff was polite and helpful. And I didnt have to wait a long time for my appointment like I do at other places I have been. I definitely recommend 2020 to everyone.
I went to 20/20 this year for my exam. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. They had a big selection of frames so it was easy to find something I liked. The optician was very patient, letting me try on as many glasses as I wanted til I found one I liked best. This is where I will go from now on for my eye exams and glasses.
I have visited this doctor a few times, because they offer the least expensive eye exam. After my last eye exam I asked for my pupillary distance (an extremely simple measurement that takes 2 seconds) so that I could order glasses from another provider. They absolutely refused to measure my PD unless I bought their glasses and maintained that the $110 eye exam didn't include that measurement. I ended up visiting another eye doctor and paid $10 for the assistant to measure my PD. I will never be visiting 20/20 Vision again.
Our family's visits to 20/20 Vision are always exceptional. It is family-owned by Richard and Melba Lyle, and the whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel right at home. Dr. Thomas gives thorough eye exams and makes sound recommendations whether you prefer glasses or contacts or whatever you need. 20/20 has a very good selection of frames.
