I’m a realtor with 2020, since October 2024. Walt and the staff has been super supportive of me as a new Agent. I love working with this brokerage, he’s always there whenever you need. I think any newly Licensed agent should consider joining 2020. He helped me through my first closing 2 months after being licensed.

Walt and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful managing my rental. Walt guided me through the eviction process and cleanout to selling the property for me. He made a tough situation much easier than handling on my own. I recommend him to any investor as Walt knows the ins and outs of the real estate rental market.
