Worst company. Purchased a new home and they were the contractors, when I still had their warranty i called them twice and both times they came said everything was fine. One year and 7 months later the compressor blew up. Current contractor I hired told me they had to knew about the issue but never did anything, they were just waiting to pass coat to us. Sucks that builders hire this type of contractors; well I know, they are just here for the money, sucks consumer has to always end up paying for their bad practices.
If anyone has a lennar home, this company does all the builds for them. Their employee rudely informed me that they do not seal bathroom floors during construction and this is how they build all homes. Water will leak into your electrical fixtures the floor below potentially causing fire hazards but its all within code apparently.
Absolutely terrible people working at this establishment, they like to walk out of their company and assault people on the sidewalk. If you don’t want to be assaulted, do not do business with these people
