Wonderful business to work with. Even though they are owned by a large global company in Konica Minolta, they do a good job of customer service at the local level. Ya their hourly rates are expensive, but so is every other vendor in this space. Solution, have an annual remote support agreement in place as cheap insurance and you're good to go.
Usually pretty helpful when I have technical support problems. Contacted Steven who did help, but immediately started with "you aren't paying for any technical support so hopefully this is quick." The issue was quick and was my silly mistake but he was so quick to hang up I barely had enough time to thank him. If the time wasn't the best for him he could have said so instead of making me feel like I was an inconvenience. Still will use 20/20 but do better. I have purchased several X-Rays for my practice. Very happy with the support.
1-star is too much but they wont let me do 0-stars! This place is a SCAM! Read the other reviews- I wish I would have! Charged us $300 for a phone call to get their software running again after a power outage. It happened again, we called, they tried to charge us $300 to fix it again. My receptionist/bartender figured it out on her own and saved us from dishing out more to this awful company. She literally clicked 2 buttons and it worked! This really happened, btw. No way they stay in business. GFY 2020
