Lovely people work here. And they did a great job including adjusting my old glasses, and helping with updating my script and getting new glasses too. Ben was amazing. Clearly professional and careful to cover all bases to meet my needs. Very happy with all aspects of the service I received here and won't be going anywhere else for my vision needs. Thank you.. highly recommended.
After spending an hour at urgent care having a doctor do some exams and tests as my eye was irritated and felt like I had something it, I was told it was just scratched and to give it 3/4 days to heal. I was in so much pain and flustered I still felt like there was something in it. I phoned 20/20 near the end of business day and they were more than happy to fit me in between appointments - I went in and they removed the object that was in my eye and I had instant relief and even better it was bulk billed. I cannot speak highly enough of Claire Peacock. I had been experiencing underbrow and eye muscle pain with headaches from eye strain for a couple of months. I saw two optometrists and an Opthalmologist who all denied that my symptoms were related to eye strain, yet I was 100% sure that it was. At my appointment today Claire was kind and considerate Explained what was best for me and not pushing me into a new pair of glasses which is not what I need anyway So pleased I took my husband's advice and went to 20/20 😊 Thankyou
