TL;DR: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Also, why they don't have 5 stars I can never understand. I really love my new glasses and sunglasses from 20/20 EyeVenue. With everything newly reopening, I felt safe when entering the store and thought the staff did a great job at opening despite all the guidelines. Thank you to the staff for accommodating!
New shades amid Corona pandemic: Shout out to Matt and his family at 20/20 EyeVenue they made it the most positive experience I have ever had purchasing high end sunglasses. I knew what I wanted but he managed to not only get me a better price, he hand delivers them to my door since the shop isn’t far from my house so I can use em. Happy to say my family will be a loyal customer going forward for all our eyewear needs.
I have gone to 20 20 EyeVenue in the past but last summer I went to another Optical Clinic and it took me over 60 days to get the lenses I needed. The lenses were incorrect and I went back to 20 20 and within 10 days I had he correct lenses. I will never go to another optical clinic no matter how far I have to drive.
They were able to get me in the same day. everyone was super nice and the optician was very knowledgable! i would recommend them to anyone who lives on the north side of town!
There are two thing I value most when I patron any business, excellent customer service & great products. 20/20 EyeVenue doesn’t disappoint, the entire team there is friendly, helpful and very personable. They helped me pick the right contacts and spent way to much time helping me find my awesome new glasses, that even my daughter said they look great.
