My boyfriend had to wait an hour for the secretary/desk woman to confirm his insurance covered vision, even though it was blue cross and blue anthem and I know for a fact it does not take that long to confirm whether you are covered by vision. They then placed him at the end of the waiting queue after they FINALLY confirmed he was covered. So we are still currently waiting. We also missed another important appntmnt while waiting here.
