I made my 1st trip there yesterday to pick up my grand daughters new glasses.The lady behide the counter was just rude ,she adjusted the ears just fine, but when I said the glass are crooked said she one ear is lower then the other and pretty much walked off . My 10 year old grand daughter was just about in tears and said the glasses hurt her nose after a ten minute wait someone else came up and ask if there was a problem? I have had good service at 20/20 EyeCare BUT won't be going back because I don't do business with spammers - and that includes companies that send unsolicited commercial text messages to my cell that is on the National Do Not Call list.
Candy was very pleasant and helpful to me during my visit. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful.
