Had an appointment scheduled for weeks and then on the day of my appointment they texted me and cancelled my appointment without any reason given.
Absolutely disappointed and frustrated with Clarkson Eyecare in Valley Station. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a healthcare provider. My appointment was canceled only 2 hours before I was scheduled to be seen, after I had already made arrangements and set aside my time. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Clarkson Eyecare in Valley Station. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and I received a cancellation notice only 2 hours before my appointment time.
