This is best eye care place Ive ever been to. The service was fantastic and Kacie was very knowledgeable, and the staff as a whole gave me excellent customer service. They really made my day!! 20/20 EyeCare > Vision World.
I love this store. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. And I really like the doctor that did my eye exam.
My experience with 20/20 has been poor since my first contact with them on the phone. I was told they were not sure if they accepted my insurance but that they would contact me if there was a problem. Upon arrival I was given a very brief and exam that lacked the thoroughness of exams ive had from other doctors. I was then taken to select frames and at that point I was informed it would be over $500 because they had not yet confirmed my insurance was accepted.
