I am appalled that there was no notification of the closing of his Merrillville office. Invitations to join/download apps were sent out, but not a word about the office being closed. Very poor service, indeed.
Office staff have no etiquette. It took 3 months to get glasses. Things were corrected after 3 months.
The office staff is very unprofessional and rude . The staff treats you really nasty and are very sarcastic when you call to complain . I was lied to and never allowed to speak to the office manager. I had one staff member pretend to be an office manager , and discuss how my complaints was nothing to another employee , but I heard the whole conversation . Dr. Watkins' Merrillville Office is a HORRIBLE place to receive eye care!! The front desk staff are rude, unprofessional and don't possess any customer service skills. I was over due for an eye exam and glasses and was trying hard to support one of my own (a Black woman supporting a Black professional). My experience feels like Black on Black crime. I need a response from Dr. Watkins and a refund for the inferior product I received (ill fitting glasses and lousy customer service). A "thumbs down" for sure. linda m
