I am appalled that there was no notification of the closing of his Merrillville office. Invitations to join/download apps were sent out, but not a word about the office being closed. Very poor service, indeed.
Office staff have no etiquette. It took 3 months to get glasses. Things were corrected after 3 months.
The office staff is very unprofessional and rude . The staff treats you really nasty and are very sarcastic when you call to complain . I was lied to and never allowed to speak to the office manager. I had one staff member pretend to be an office manager , and discuss how my complaints was nothing to another employee , but I heard the whole conversation .
