Deb was great!!!
I scheduled an eye exam and was given an appt. the same week. My eye exam consisted of several testing procedures for contact lens and eyeglass exams. Deb and David (Technicians at West Fargo) were incredibly knowledgeable, and were concerned that they were providing the best care possible! The doctors also provided great care through interactive exam connections. I am able to see much clearer with my contacts and glasses. Deb did a great job with the virtual eye exam. She is very professional and easy to talk to. She explained step by step so you knew what was going to happen and made sure to answer your questions. The other doctors that came on were great and made sure all of our questions were answered as well. I will definitely go back for yearly exams.
Hello! I just wanted to say, i didn’t go here for about a year so i kind of forgot what the experience was like, i recently had an appointment here and as soon as i stepped foot in the door i was kindly greeted by a lady, she was very helpful, kind and told me everything that i needed to expect before hand and asked if i was okay with everything that i was being told. very good service, good pricing, friendly staff. i have absolute no complaints! great experience all around!
Absolutely the WORST eye exam I have ever had. First of all, I had NO idea it was remote. I called to make an appt and they didnt inform me that at all. Second, The lady said herself she was the accountant/Payroll person of Costco and had ONE WEEK of training to do ALL of the work on our VERY IMPORTANT and SENSITIVE eyes. Not just her though, The guy there ALSO was just a worker with one week training on how to run the machines and do exams. Im sorry but one week is not enough.
