The ladies at the front desk were very nice, and I didn’t have to wait long before being taken back for my scans. The doctor was the disappointing part of my visit. I felt rushed the whole time and like he wasn’t really listening to me. I told him the eye drops from my last visit didn’t help, but I was sent home with drops again. While I was trying to explain my problems, he was also texting on his phone, which made me feel ignored. Visit was good but was disappointed they scheduled my appointment before I was eligible for new glasses through my insurance. Plus I live 30 minutes away and I do work. This will cause an inconvenience for me to have to come back just to order glasses
