HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They stole my money! Placed $199.60 down on my glasses and never received them. I am filing with BBB and going to file a civil suit for never getting back with me on my glasses being done. I DEMAND A REFUND!!!
I have been going here for over a decade and it’s always been an amazing experience. I absolutely love the girls up front and Dr. Drinkard. They are always so friendly and accommodating. This office has also been the only place that has made my glasses in a satisfactory way. I will be so sad when Dr. Drinkard retires!
Doctor was fine but they couldn't make my glasses so I could read. Refunded my money rather than try to fix the problem. Can't recommend them to anyone!
