Love this place! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They were patient with me when I took a bit to find the glasses I liked. The doctor got me in quickly and efficiently. As long as I’m in Marble Falls they will be my eye doctor!!!
Those ladies up front are mean!!! I have been a customer for over 10 years and I recommended my own mother. She told me those ladies are mean. I love Dr. Drinkard, but those ladies are mean!!!
Exceptional staff, very professional, totally understanding of existing eye problem. The only place in my opinion to get eye care.
Terrible customer service! Took advantage of my elderly father and they don't care to help fix the issue. Exact words were that's not our problem. The lady who I dealt with acted like it was an inconvenience to even try and help resolve the issue.
I had an appointment with Dr. Melissa Poppenhusen recently and I was impressed by her friendly, outgoing personality, thoroughness and thoughtful questions. She was great; it was a very good experience and I would recommend her if you need help with contact lenses or glasses.
