Exceptional staff, very professional, totally understanding of existing eye problem. The only place in my opinion to get eye care.
Terrible customer service! Took advantage of my elderly father and they don't care to help fix the issue. Exact words were that's not our problem. The lady who I dealt with acted like it was an inconvenience to even try and help resolve the issue.
I had an appointment with Dr. Melissa Poppenhusen recently and I was impressed by her friendly, outgoing personality, thoroughness and thoughtful questions. She was great; it was a very good experience and I would recommend her if you need help with contact lenses or glasses.
They just lost me and my husband as customers! We referred our daughter, Melissa to them, and are in complete disbelief how she was treated Friday, March 21, 2025. We are new to the area, and my husband and I both went to 20/20 express this past year. Now we will not be back. Our daughter first went to Wal-Mart eye care that day because she felt like there was a scratch in her right eye.
