The initial appointment was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. However, it took 2 weeks for them to come in, and, I was not contacted when my glasses were ready and the person who attended to me was incompetent. He just handed me the glasses without proper adjustments. There was yellow paint flecks on the lenses which he kept saying was lint... Really... I had to make him give me a cloth so I could clean them myself.
Awesome customer service!!! Took 9 minutes for my glasses to be ready!!!!
Love the service! I've gotten 6 pairs of glasses from there and they are very quick and helped me a lot.
